COVID-19 Update

Due to the rapidly evolving new life we are all adapting to, please note:

◇ Orders will be shipped within 5 Business Days
◇ Returns/Exchanges will be processed in approx 10-15 Business Days once received.

International Orders (including Canada) may be liable for customs and import duty, etc. Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments. For further information, we kindly recommend contacting your local customs office.

Shipments that are return-to-sender for any reason, including but not limited to refusal to pay assessed duty/taxes on international orders, will not be eligible for a refund on the initial shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.

USA

We offer $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping (via USPS or FedEx) ... Once items have shipped, transit time is usually 2-7 days depending on delivery address - FREE USA SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150! (after discounts)

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we are no longer able to ship to hotels, resorts, or other temporary addresses. Fitness/Yoga Mats often ship via UPS Ground.

CANADA

We offer $12.50(USD) Flat Rate Shipping via USPS International 1st Class Mail. Once items have shipped, transit time is usually 12-18 Business Days and packages are transferred to your local CanadaPost Office for delivery. Alternately, we now offer upgraded/expedited shipping via UPS for $25(USD) or only $12.50(USD) for orders of $200(USD) or more.

EUROPEAN UNION

Do to new import/prepaid VAT requirements, we are no longer able to ship directly to the European Union. However, we have some good news! We are still able to accept/ship orders placed through Etsy as Etsy will collect/remit prepaid VAT on our behalf. Please email us at customercare@werkshop.com for information on how to place a custom order through Etsy.

UNITED KINGDOM

Due to Brexit, we are no longer able to ship orders of less than $200USD value directly to the UK. However, we have some good news! We are still able to accept/ship orders placed through Etsy as Etsy will collect/remit prepaid VAT on our behalf. Please email us at customercare@werkshop.com for information on how to place a custom order through Etsy.

NOTE: We are still able to ship orders valued at $200 or more directly through werkshop.com ... if you are placing an order for $200 or more, we can still ship it directly through our site with all taxes/VAT due at the time of delivery.

CHINA, HONG KONG, INDONESIA, PHILIPPINES, SOUTH KOREA, RUSSIA, TAIWAN, THAILAND, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, VIETNAM

Due to an unusually high number of lost packages to these countries, we are requiring all orders for these countries to be sent via International Priority Service instead of First Class. We offer this service for $40 USD Flat Rate.

For United Arab Emirates, we will upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for PO Boxes and ship UPS when no PO Box is supplied.

REST OF WORLD

We offer $20 Flat Rate via USPS International 1st Class. Once items have shipped, transit time can range anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the country. Please note that we are unable to followup with USPS and create a "support ticket" for order that have been in transit for less than 30 days. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, we kindly ask you to wait 30 days before contacting us.

We're sorry, but we are unable to ship to these countries at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

Wrong Size? No Problem! We offer an easy 30 day return policy for refunds and 45 days for exchanges and/or store credit. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please check our Returns Portal.

If you have any questions, please email customercare@werkshop.com and be sure put your order number in the subject line.

Canceled Orders

Orders that are canceled prior to fulfillment are subject to a 2.5% credit card processing fee. This fee covers (most of) the non-refundable fee imposed by the credit card processing company. We do not make any money from this cancelation fee and thank you in advance for your kind understanding.

Order Revisions

If you need to change something about your order (style, size or shipping address, etc), please be sure to email us within 30 minutes. Requests that are made after 30 minutes of order confirmation are not guaranteed as your order may already be in queue for packing/shipping. 

Shipping - Yoga Mats

Yoga/Fitness Mats are only eligible for shipping within USA and ship either USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. If you live outside of USA and would like a custom shipping quote, please contact  customercare@werkshop.com for details.

Ethically Made Apparel

All of our Leggings, Men's Shorts, Tops, and Swim are Ethically Made in the USA. We cut, print, sew everything in house one-at-a-time with love and every single person who has a hand in the development/production of our gear is earning a living wage.

All of our Featherlight Collection is responsibly made in small batches in Colombia at a solar-powered sewing facility.

We also now ship in compostable mailers and are developing a collection made with recycled fabric. And yup ... since so many people have asked ... our leggings are VEGAN and Cruelty Free. Absolutely no animals are ever harmed in the making of our yoga pants, xo.

Product Warranty

We have a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects and errors. Defects (if any) are easily noticeable upon arrival and/or upon the first few times of wearing your item. Product defects may include: Misprinted Artwork, Sewing Errors or Fabric Imperfections.

* Note: Normal "wear and tear" is not included in our product warranty. Signs of normal everyday use, improper care, incorrect washing/drying, own fault damaging & prolonged use (past 90 days) will not be covered in our 90 day product warranty.

In the rare and unlikely event you believe you have received a defective item, please email customercare@werkshop.com and be sure put your order number in the subject line. 

Discounts

Please note that only one promo/discount code may be applied per order. We are not able to combine WERK PERK codes and any other promotions including Teacher Appreciation Codes.
