    Ordering online through our website is the easiest and most convenient option. Online orders are for credit card purchases only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

  • Shipping and Handling Charges

    Shipping and handling charges are calculated using the web form during the checkout process. Each time you change the shipping method the page will refresh, allowing you to see the corresponding change in cost.

    Canada Post Expedited Parcel (3-8 days)
    Canada Post Expresspost (2-3 days)

    USA:
    Expedited Parcel USA (7-13 days)
    Small Packet Air (6-10 days)

    International:
    Small Packets Surface / International Parcel Service (4-6 weeks)

    Please note that poster tubes always have a slightly longer delivery time due to their large size. Poster tubes and large packages are often left at the post office nearest you for pickup, so we suggest that you check with your post office if you have not received your item by the expected delivery date.

    All orders are calculated in Canadian dollars.

  • Customs duties and taxes

    Customs duties
    We do not calculate any customs charges or fees and you will be responsible for all customs fees and duties that may be assessed by your country's customs agency. For any inquires about customs charges or fees please contact your local customs agency. No customs duties are assessed within Canada.

    Taxes
    Within Canada, 5% GST is charged on all orders. 7% PST is also charged within British Columbia. We do not charge tax to residents outside of Canada. You are responsible for any taxes that may be assessed by your country?s customs agency (if you live outside of the Canada).

Returns and Cancellations
  • Return Policy

    Returned items must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Damaged or mis-shipped items

    We package all items securely and safely, but do not have any control over damage that may occur during shipping. If you have received item(s) that were damaged or mis-shipped, we will replace them free of charge. Sorry, you are responsible for shipping charges to send the item back to us.

    Return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, along with the original packing slip and a note stating the problem and outcome request. Contact us at 1-800-764-3472 in North America (1-508-717-0676 internationally) if you have questions about your return.

  • Unwanted items

    If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to exchange the item for another item of equal value. Sorry, we do not refund or credit you the cost of shipping back unwanted merchandise.

  • Canceling/changing your order

We will do our best to administer all order cancellations or changes, but since we strive to process and ship orders as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or change requests.

Where’s my order?
  • What happens if I haven't received my order?

    Due to postal system delays, items occasionally take longer than expected to reach you.

    If your item is well overdue, please call us at 1-800-764-3472 (1-508-717-0676 internationally) to check the status of your order.

  • Delivery of oversized items

    If you are not at home when delivery is made, the courier will not be able to leave your shipment. You will be left a notice and the courier will try to deliver the item(s) again the next day.

  • Pre-ordered and backordered Items

    When a pre-ordered item is purchased or if an item is on backorder, the package will be shipped only when all the items become available. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please get in touch with us at 1-800-764-3472 in North America (1-508-717-0676 internationally).

    If any item(s) are out of stock, you will be notified via email of any delays.
